Jkq22 Terms & Conditions – Full Rules Malaysia Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, "jkq22", "we", "platform", and "company" refer to the owner and operator of jkq22.best and all services provided under it. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who registers an account with jkq22 or uses the services provided.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between jkq22 and its members, including but not limited to use of the platform, account registration, deposits and withdrawals, acceptance of bonuses and promotions, participation in games, and all other interactions with the jkq22 platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one jkq22 account active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious breach of these terms. jkq22 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all associated accounts may be closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jkq22 username and password. jkq22 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same jkq22 member. jkq22 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, jkq22 reserves the right to hold or return the funds until identity verification is completed.

Jkq22 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact the jkq22 support team via live chat and include your proof of transaction.

Jkq22 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to maintain account integrity.

Jkq22 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. The general terms that apply to all jkq22 bonuses are as follows:

• Standard rollover requirements: 15x to 20x the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the jkq22 Promotions page.
• Valid period: All bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire and be automatically removed from your account.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is still active may result in the first bonus being forfeited.

• Game outcomes generated by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any Live Casino game outcome announced by a live dealer via video stream is final, subject to video recording review in the event of a valid dispute.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage to a player is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to deceive the platform or other players is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
• Jkq22 reserves the right to void bets or games under exceptional circumstances, such as clear technical errors, odds display errors, or system failures. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the affected member's account.

Members who suspect any unfairness or error in a game should contact the jkq22 support team within 72 hours from the date of the incident. Complaints received after this period may not be possible to investigate effectively.

The jkq22 Sports Betting section covers matches from the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, IPL cricket, badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The specific rules for Sports Betting are as follows:

• Odds: All odds displayed on jkq22 are in decimal format unless the member switches to a different format in their account settings. Odds may change until a bet is confirmed.
• Live betting (in-play): Bets placed during a live match are subject to a short delay of a few seconds to prevent exploitation of real-time information. jkq22 reserves the right to decline or void live bets under certain circumstances.
• Pending bets: Bets that have not been confirmed when the match kicks off are considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Cancelled or postponed matches: If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account balance.
• Sports betting limits: jkq22 sets maximum bet limits for each match and market. These limits may vary depending on the sport type, the significance of the match, and the member's betting profile.

For Malaysia Super League football matches, the maximum single bet limit is RM5,000 for regular matches and may be higher for cup fixtures or finals. Odds that change after a bet has been confirmed do not affect that bet — the value locked in at the time of confirmation is the value used to calculate winnings.

The specific rules for jkq22's Live Casino and Poker sections are as follows:

Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger):

• All Live Casino games use real physical equipment broadcast via HD video stream.
• All bets must be placed before the designated betting close time for each round. Bets placed after the closing time will not be accepted.

• Sit & Go and MTT tournaments have a prize structure that is fixed before the tournament begins and cannot be changed once it is underway. Should a tournament be unable to conclude due to a serious technical disruption, jkq22 will distribute any remaining prizes equitably among the active players.
• Table collusion is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Jkq22 takes the data protection and account security of all its members seriously. Below is a summary of the security and privacy practices we have in place:

• All data transmitted between your browser and jkq22's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL.
• Members' personal information — including name, phone number, payment details, and transaction history — is collected solely for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement purposes.
• Jkq22 does not sell, rent, or share members' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without the member's consent.

Jkq22 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Holding multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-user policy.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the promotions system.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jkq22 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance in the account. Any real money balance (deposited funds excluding bonuses) that is not in breach of the terms of use will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jkq22 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible real money balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

For self-exclusion regarding responsible gaming, members may request a temporary or permanent account closure through the account settings menu or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately, and the account cannot be reopened during the requested period.

Jkq22 is not liable for any losses incurred by members under the following circumstances:

In the event of a technical error caused by jkq22 itself that affects a game outcome or transaction, jkq22 will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation and restore affected members to their position prior to the error.

Jkq22 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email, in-account notifications, or a notice prominently displayed on the jkq22 homepage at least 7 days prior amendments take effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate changes.

Continued use of the jkq22 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendment's effective date.

All official communications between jkq22 and its members — including notices of terms amendments, verification notifications, and responses to complaints — will be sent to the email address registered on the member's account. Members are responsible for keeping their email address current and active.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes relating to their use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between jkq22 and the member concerned will be settled through the appropriate mechanism under applicable Malaysian law.
